Orlando rolls into Cleveland tonight, looking to snap a three-game skid against the Cavaliers. Good luck with that. The Cavs, sitting at 44-27, have won their last three against the Magic by an average of 14 points. That includes a 121-111 win on January 22nd and a 106-94 drubbing just two weeks ago on March 8th. The Magic, currently 38-33, are clinging to the eighth spot in the East. They've got a shot at the playoffs, sure, but beating this Cavs team on their home court feels like a tall order.

Donovan Mitchell is still out, nursing that knee bone bruise, which is a blow. He's been sidelined since March 16th. But the Cavs have found a way to keep winning, going 4-2 in his absence. Darius Garland has stepped up, averaging 20.3 points and 7.5 assists over his last four games. He dropped 27 points and 11 assists in the 108-91 win over the Heat on Wednesday. That's the kind of production they need from their point guard, especially with Mitchell out.

Here's the thing: the real difference-maker tonight, and for the rest of the season, is Evan Mobley. Since coming back from his ankle injury on March 6th, Mobley has been a beast. He's averaging 14.5 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks in 28.5 minutes over the last six games. Against the Heat, he had 16 points, eight boards, and a ridiculous five blocks. Nobody on the Magic roster can handle that kind of length and athleticism on both ends of the floor. Paolo Banchero is a fantastic talent, don't get me wrong. He put up 21 points and 6 assists in their last game against the Pelicans. But he's not a rim protector. Wendell Carter Jr. is solid, but he's not Mobley.

**Cleveland's Defensive Anchor**

The Cavs' defense has been stifling, even without Mitchell. They held the Heat to 91 points on Wednesday, and the Rockets to 100 on Monday. This isn't just about Mobley, though he's the centerpiece. Jarrett Allen has been a double-double machine, recording his 30th of the season against the Heat with 15 points and 10 rebounds. His partnership with Mobley makes the paint a no-fly zone. Orlando's offense, which ranks 22nd in the league at 110.6 points per game, struggles against elite defenses. They shot just 40.9% from the field in their last loss to the Pacers. You think they're going to have an easier time against the Cavs' twin towers? I doubt it.

Real talk: the Magic don't have enough offensive firepower to keep up. Franz Wagner has been inconsistent, scoring 17 points against the Pelicans but only 13 against the Pacers. Cole Anthony gives them a spark off the bench, but he's not going to win them this game by himself. The Cavs are playing disciplined, unselfish basketball right now. They're moving the ball, getting good looks, and their defense is suffocating. They've shot over 50% from the field in two of their last three games. That kind of efficiency is tough to beat.

Tonight, the Cavs will win their fourth straight against Orlando, pushing their record to 45-27. And I'll go a step further: Mobley will have a double-double with at least four blocks, completely shutting down the Magic's inside game.
